Plano-based restaurant Knife Steakhouse recently announced a couple of upcoming dinner pairing events that it will be offering during the month of November.
On Nov. 1, the Plano steakhouse will be hosting a Neal Family Vineyards Wine Dinner, a delectable four-course meal that is guided by Mark Neal, the founder of Neal Family Vineyards, a Napa Valley winery.
During the dinner, guests will get the opportunity to indulge in such dishes as spice-crusted yellowtail crudo; seared duck, beurre rouge and sweet potato puree; New York strip, with asparagus and bearnaise; and mille feuille (puff pastry) for dessert.
Pairing with the meals are a number of tasty wines, which will be provided by Neal Family Vineyards during the event.
Tickets for the luxurious Neal Family Vineyards Wine Dinner cost $175 per person, and can be purchased through Resy.
The second culinary collaboration event, which will be held by Knife Steakhouse on Nov. 16, is the Penelope Bourbon and Wagyu Dinner.
For the event, Knife Plano partnered with both Penelope Bourbon (whiskey company) and Cowboy Wagyu (producer of Japanese wagyu) to offer a four-course dinner that is chock-full of mouth-watering meats and refreshing beverages.
Among the dishes that will be enjoyed during the dinner include Cowboy Wagyu beef tartare; cacio e pepe with crispy wagyu salami; Cowboy Wagyu New York strip with roast vegetables; and finished up with a delicious dessert (not yet announced).
Each meal course will be complemented by a perfectly paired bourbon drink, which were crafted and provided by Penelope Bourbon.
The Penelope Bourbon and Wagyu Dinner is valued at $195 per person, and tickets are also available online for purchase through the Resy website.
