Children's Hope Dinner, April 21, benefiting Orphan Outreach

Olympic gold medalist and ice skating commentator Scott Hamilton will be the notable guest speaker at the 3 rd annual Children’s Hope Dinner, benefiting the Plano-based nonprofit Orphan Outreach.

Olympic gold medalist and ice skating commentator Scott Hamilton will be the notable guest speaker at the 3rd annual Children’s Hope Dinner, benefiting the Plano-based nonprofit Orphan Outreach. Hamilton will share his personal and touching story of adoption. Paige Rippey Locke will be honored with the Children’s Hope Award for her compassionate work with orphans. Former Fox 4 Reporter & Orphan Outreach volunteer Becky Oliver will emcee the event. Honorary chairs are Sandra & Elmer Doty.

The Children’s Hope Dinner was founded after Dallas philanthropist Jimmy Westcott visited Russia to serve some of the world’s most neglected children.

Organized by event chairs Angie Brackbill and Margo Isbell, the dinner will take place on Thursday, April 21 at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel, located at 2222 North Stemmons Freeway.
