The Frisco-based nonprofit Every Orphan’s Hope is hosting their inaugural Golf Classic, FORE the Orphans, on Monday, June 22.

The golf tournament will be held at the immaculate TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney. Named as one of the top private golf courses in the state by Golf Digest, this par-72 course fits seamlessly into the expansive north Texas landscape.

The funds raised at the tournament will help support orphans in Zambia, a country significantly impacted by the deadly virus HIV and AIDS. One of their main programs is My Father’s House Orphan Homes. Currently they can house 96 orphans in a community of 12 houses (eight children in each home). Each home is staffed by a widow who loves and raises the children as her own. The children are provided meals, clothes, healthcare, education, and most importantly a sense of family.

Since its inception in 2002, Every Orphan’s Hope has made a difference in the lives of hundreds of orphans, the widows who care for them, and the many volunteers who have made the trip to Zambia to offer love and assistance.
