New Frisco Station Development Plans Revealed

The Towers will feature a hotel, dining and retail space

Additional plans for the next phase of Frisco Station were released on April 30, 2024, including details for a hotel, retail and dining space.

The Towers at Frisco Station is set to accommodate up to five office buildings, potentially contributing a total of 3 million square feet to the project. The area is planned between Warren Parkway and John Hickman Parkway, within walking distance to The Star, Ford Center and the Urban Living District.

“The Towers at Frisco Station represents the ultimate vision for Frisco’s Dallas North Tollway corridor,” VanTrust Executive Vice President Bill Baumgardner said in a statement. “It will provide Frisco Station with a bustling mixed-use district comprised of best-in-class high-rise office space, unique entertainment venues, high-end hospitality options and the very best in fine dining. We believe it will enable Frisco Station to set the standard for the flexible, amenity-driven office destinations that today’s employers require.”

Construction first began in 2016 on Frisco Station. Currently, four apartment communities are established within Frisco Station: The Casey at Frisco Station, SkyHouse Frisco Station, Cadence at Frisco Station and Bexley Frisco Station. Additionally, three hotel properties are already operational.

Over time, Frisco Station anticipates the growth of office, retail and residential spaces, alongside the establishment of a 30-acre park and trail system. Approximately 34 acres are earmarked for health and wellness initiatives, featuring medical and life sciences facilities as anchor institutions.

Pre-construction is already in progress at The Towers for Pickle and Social, marking the inaugural entertainment venue within Frisco Station. This concept will be part of a dual-concept destination, coupled with Fairway Social, offering a golf simulator featuring 130 courses.

“Frisco Station is a new kind of mixed-use development built from the ground up using a next-generation telecommunications platform to enable real-time connectivity through each of the three foundational pillars: smart, creative, healthy,” a statement from Frisco Station developers said. “It’s where the best and brightest come together to enjoy a higher quality of life, improved productivity and strong community.”

Frisco Station is spearheaded by the Frisco Station Partnership, comprising The Rudman Partnership, Hillwood and VanTrust Real Estate.
