Residential homebuilder Landsea Homes Corporation announced the rollout of its highly acclaimed teched-out, “high-performance” homes across Dallas-Fort Worth.
"We are known for our industry-leading high-performance homes and can't wait for homebuyers in the Dallas-Fort Worth region to experience Landsea Homes' high standard of living," Division President Melissa Kelly said in an official statement. "Our high-performance homes are just another example of how we strive to enhance the lives of our homebuyers by creating the ultimate living environment."
All of Landsea Homes' high-performance homes benefit from a partnership with Apple. These homes integrate with the Apple Home environment, allowing all home automation features to be controlled through a single mobile application. The smart home automation includes Apple HomePod mini, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera and smart home setup via Best Buy's Geek Squad to ensure proper installation and functionality.
Additionally, each home is equipped with a REME HALO air purifier, a cutting-edge device that combats indoor contaminants, improving indoor air quality by reducing dust, dander, pollen and mold spores, and eliminating up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses.
Homebuyers also receive upgraded roof insulation, more efficient mechanical systems, ENERGY STAR-rated appliances and LED lighting. These features not only lower monthly utility bills but also promote environmental responsibility.
In April, Landsea Homes expanded its presence in Texas by acquiring the Dallas-based homebuilder, Antares Homes, marking its entry into North Texas.
"Homebuyers today have come to expect homes that are responsibly designed and built as well as the ability to stay connected, and we're proud to be able to offer that with our high-performance homes," Kelly said.
Landsea Homes is a frontrunner in new-home innovation and technology, dedicating itself to sustainable building practices. The company implements numerous energy-efficient, sustainable and eco-friendly practices that contribute to a reduced environmental impact, lower resource consumption and a smaller carbon footprint.
Recently, Landsea Homes introduced a new community of single-family homes called Lovers Landing in Forney, Texas. Prospective buyers can visit the model homes to experience the high-performance home features firsthand.
