My Possibilities (MP), a leading non-profit serving adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), is gearing up for the annual community ball, presented by Berry Family Services. The community ball brings together residents, business owners, and community leaders for a night of fun and celebration. This year's theme is Midsummer Night’s Masquerade.

"Embark on a whimsical journey as Berry Family Services proudly presents 'A Midsummer Night’s Masquerade, Community Ball," said KatieBeth Massengill, community relations director and government liaison with Berry Family Services. "Join us for an enchanting evening filled with mystery, elegance and community spirit. Together, let's create unforgettable memories while supporting our shared vision of empowering families and individuals to thrive."

The community ball takes place on May 4 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Registration is at 5:30 p.m. and the event begins at 6 p.m. with a red-carpet entrance. Live music will be provided by Manhattan Sound as they join emcees, Kevin Hageland and Cory Mageors of 105.3 The Fan’s K&C Masterpiece.

Attendees can bid on unique items and experiences in a silent auction, play a riveting game of heads or tails and enter for a chance to win a mystery prize. All proceeds support MP’s annual programming for individuals with IDD and the initiatives that serve this community.

"We are thrilled to be hosting My Possibilities’ Community Ball this year," said The O’Brien Family, this year’s event chairs. “The My Possibilities Community Ball is an unforgettable “red carpet” evening for our Hugely Important People, HIPsters and a joyous celebration of the entire MP community, the instructors, staff, corporate partners and sponsors!"

Tickets are on sale now at mypossibilities.org/event/communityball. The dress code for the event is black tie optional, with a hint of florals, whimsical wonder encouraged.
