North Italia, a modern Italian restaurant chain known for its seasonal dishes and craft cocktails, announced that it will be opening its third Dallas-Fort Worth area location this spring.

After previously establishing locations in Downtown Dallas and Plano, North Italia is opening a new restaurant at shopping center Galleria Dallas on March 6.

Located in a 10,000 square-foot space at the mall's front entrance, the restaurant features a unique triangular-shaped building, valet parking, a patio (which can seat over 100 guests) and a pair of Texas-themed, decorative murals.

Executive Chef Austin Brown and General Manager Brynn Ward are tasked with leading the Galleria Dallas eatery, who both bring several years of experience working in other North Italia locations.

The duo will be in charge of guiding the location’s culinary team, crafting the same mouth-watering signature dishes that the North Italia franchise is known for.

Among the restaurant’s menu offerings include creative pizzas like The Pig (made with salami, pepperoni, spicy soppressata and Italian sausage) and classic Margherita, fresh salads, house-made pastas and other Italian favorites.

Pairing nicely with the dishes are a wide array of craft cocktails such as the White Lotus (featuring Vulcanica Sicilian vodka, elderflower, luxardo bianco and fresh lemon) and the Pomegranate Mule (Bottega Bacûr gin, pomegranate, lemon and Fever Tree ginger beer), to name a few.

Ahead of the restaurant’s opening, North Italia is hosting a job fair from now through Saturday, Feb. 17, to find prospective staff members.

The job fair is located at 13350 Dallas Pkwy, Suite 1218, Dallas, TX 75240, and is open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
