Guests will indulge in premium 44 Farms beef, expertly paired with Wyoming Whiskey and Highland Park Scotch from Edrington Brands. Two events are planned for the pairing: Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2024, at Knife Steakhouse Dallas, or Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, at Knife Steakhouse Plano.
The evening begins with Highland Park 12 Year paired with 44 Farms beef tartare for the first course. The second course features Wyoming Whiskey Outryder alongside cacio e pepe. For the third course, enjoy Wyoming Whiskey Small Batch with a 44 Farms NY New York Strip. The fourth course brings Highland Park 15 Year paired with a 44 Farms 45-day dry-aged New York Strip. To conclude the meal, savor a delightful whiskey bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream, complemented by Wyoming Whiskey Double Cask.
Throughout the evening, Edrington representatives will share the rich histories behind the premium spirits, while a 44 Farms expert will discuss their commitment to quality beef.
