The fast-casual restaurant chain Cowboy Chicken added sweet potato waffle fries to its menu lineup and invites guests to round out their meal with a brisket sandwich and a glass of peach tea.

Ideal for picking up before the big game or other fall events, the brisket sandwich is juicy and flavorful. The sandwich features tender chopped brisket stacked on a brioche bun along with yellow onions and jalapeño, bread-and-butter pickles and barbecue sauce.

Cowboy Chicken is offering their new sweet potato waffle fries exclusively from Sept. 4 to Oct. 15. The perfect accompaniment to the brisket sandwich, crisp waffle fries are topped with cinnamon, sugar and salt, adding a flavorful blend of sweet and savory to the meal. A Cowboy Chicken seasonal staple, peach tea from Texas Select, can be added to top off the meal.

Cowboy Chicken specializes in serving premium, hormone-free rotisserie chickens that undergo a meticulous preparation process. The chicken is hand-seasoned in our store, marinated for a full 24 hours, and then slow-roasted for two hours over an authentic wood-burning fire. The menu also boasts a delectable array of options, including chicken enchiladas, cowboy brisket and hearty family meals. To complete your dining experience, the restaurant offers a variety of made-from-scratch wild west sides to accompany the chicken, including ranchero beans, baked mac and cheese, roasted broccoli and crispy fried okra.

Guests can visit Cowboy Chicken, or orders can be placed online for pickup or delivery. Cowboy Chicken also offers an array of catering and delivery options from boxed lunches to wood-fired chicken packages for large or small groups. Visitors can also earn Wild West Rewards by downloading the Cowboy Chicken app on iOS or Android
