The inviting atmosphere and hospitality-focused overtone felt at Seven Doors Kitchen & Cocktails was built from years of hard work and dedication in the service industry by owners and operators, Kevin Brown and Dianna Lynn. Several years ago, Dianna’s keen eye for beauty and detail discovered seven historic doors that she ultimately collected. Little did she know, they would become the mainframe for aesthetic design in her future restaurant. As time went on, she and Kevin would open several restaurants in Denver, Colorado, with Kevin leading operations and Dianna overseeing the design of each. A new change came about when the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and Grandscape development in The Colony, Texas, had all the potential this ambitious couple needed to move to Texas.
Operated by Jake Quintana, longtime executive chef and general manager, the team brings a service-minded commitment to every guest and staff member, as well as robust food and drink offerings. It can be said there is something for everyone on Seven Doors’ menu with selections of sharing plates, sushi rolls, fresh salads, burgers, steaks and chef favorites.
