Heading to the beach will soon just be a short drive away from North Texas. Pointe Vista at Lake Texoma is a vast, 2,700-acre mixed-use development and resort community currently being developed along the Texas-Oklahoma border.
Stretching across 19 miles of Lake Texoma’s shoreline, the project will, at full build-out, feature 2,100 homes, 672 hotel rooms and a variety of waterside attractions. This initiative will complement the existing Catfish Bay Marina, Chickasaw Pointe Golf Club and West Bay Casino & Resort.

Earlier this year, Pointe Vista announced the launch of the first of three planned resorts on the property: the Hard Rock Hotel and Residences Lake Texoma, set to open in early 2027. The hotel will feature 189 rooms, including 25 luxurious suites, alongside an 18,000-square-foot conference center and event lawn. Hard Rock Residences Lake Texoma will offer 306 residential rentals, marking Oklahoma’s first hospitality-branded real estate venture.
Nestled at the heart of Pointe Vista, Hard Rock Hotel and Residences Lake Texoma will be centered around the 11-acre Caribbean Bay. Designed by Oasis Amenities, this unique bay will be the first of its kind in Oklahoma, providing a Caribbean-inspired oasis with crystal-clear waters perfect for year-round non-motorized activities, white sandy beaches, islands, and rentable private cabanas. Guests will also have access to the Rock Spa, open to the public, as well as the Body Rock Fitness Center, a swim-up bar and pool and a diverse selection of dining options.
Pointe Vista also features two lakefront neighborhoods — Reflection Pointe and Bridge Pointe — both currently under construction. Reflection Pointe offers 84 single-family homes on one-third to one-acre lakeside lots, providing a custom experience with various sizes and prices. Bridge Pointe will include 32 Lakeside Villas and 26 Hilltop Townhomes, each with expansive outdoor areas, lake views and multiple living levels.
Residents enjoy private perks such as cleaning services, lawn maintenance and access to amenities like a pool, community pavilion and fitness center, along with all the offerings of Pointe Vista and Hard Rock. Homes in Reflection Pointe and Bridge Pointe are currently for sale, ranging from $225,000 to $1.3 million.
Residents will enjoy access to the Hard Rock Hotel, a VIP concierge, golf carts and bikes, and an exclusive owner’s pavilion, along with other premium amenities and the broader conveniences of Pointe Vista. Hard Rock Residences Lake Texoma is expected to be available on the market in 2025.
