Multi-Million-Dollar Luxury Home Community Begins Construction In Frisco

Construction is underway on The Preserve, a prestigious custom home community in Frisco. Located near PGA Frisco, the development's first phase will showcase 233 homes designed by ten of North Texas’ leading luxury builders.

The Preserve is part of Fields, a 2,500-acre community in North Frisco near the Dallas North Tollway. Designed by the team behind Fehmi Karahan of Legacy West fame, Fields blends retail, dining, entertainment and offices with 250 acres of parks and scenic landscapes featuring native Texas plants.

What Is The Preserve

The Preserve, spanning 267 acres, is a gated community that offers high-end, resort-style living. Residents enjoy access to PGA golf courses, over 20 miles of hike and bike trails and access to the exclusive Brookside Club, featuring a large swimming pool, modern fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and a playground.

“As part of the Fields development, with prominent neighbors like PGA of America and the Omni PGA Frisco Resort, we know The Preserve will be one of the most sought-after addresses in North Texas,” said Hunt Realty Senior Vice President Todd Watson in an official statement.

What To Expect

The new homes offer lot sizes from 6,800 square feet to over an acre, providing space for elegant custom homes. Features include high ceilings, open floor plans, expansive glass walls and indoor-outdoor transition spaces. Outdoor amenities such as patios, infinity pools and landscaped spaces complete the luxurious lifestyle.

“Within minutes, The Preserve residents can access all the amenities Fields has to offer,” President and CEO of The Karahan Companies Fehmi Karahan said. “Whether it’s a walk, a bike ride, meeting up with neighbors, shopping, dining or work, Fields has something for everyone within reach.”

Fields will also be home to Fields West, a 55-acre community south of Fields Parkway and west of Dallas Parkway and will feature Class A office spaces, retail outlets, entertainment venues, restaurants, recreational areas, residential units and open spaces. As Local Profile previously reported, the development is projected to be valued at over $660 million.
