Farmers Branch-based Centurion American Development Group recently announced a new 1,050-acre residential development named Bryson Ranch, located between Celina, Pilot Point and Aubrey, along FM 1385.
According to Dallas Innovates, the residential development is located north of Mobberly Road between Lights Ranch Road and Hames. The project will feature approximately 3,000 lots, ranging from 40 to 60 feet, along with 120 townhome lots sized at 25 feet by 95 feet. Builders contracted for Bryson Ranch include DR Horton, Beazer, First Texas, Ashton Woods and M/I Homes.
Construction is set to commence in late 2024, with initial lot deliveries expected around early 2026. The development will boast extensive amenities spread across four centers covering about 20 acres, including two with resort-style pools and fitness facilities. Additional offerings will likely encompass playgrounds, sports courts, parkland, trails and pocket parks for green space.
Centurion American plans to reserve a 2-acre site for a future EMS facility within Bryson Ranch. The development will also incorporate approximately 60 acres each for commercial and multifamily spaces, managed by partnering entities.
The development company acquired the tract from Blue Star Land, owned by the Gene and Jerry Jones family of the Dallas Cowboys.
Since 1990, Centurion American has developed more than 100,000 single-family lots across numerous upscale communities throughout North Texas. The company is responsible for projects such as the redevelopment of Collin Creek Mall and Celina’s upcoming luxury country club. The company also purchased the famed Southfork Ranch, prominently known as the site of the hit CBS television series Dallas.
