Starting Sept. 2, 2024, Frisco residents and visitors will have access to nine new indoor pickleball courts at FieldhouseUSA, located at 6155 Sports Village Road. The courts will be available for open play on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional information on scheduling and memberships accessible through the facility's website.
The new courts at FieldhouseUSA add to the growing number of pickleball venues in Frisco. Other options include Warren Sports Complex, Shawnee Trail Sports Complex, The Grove at Frisco Commons and the Frisco Athletic Center, each offering unique amenities and varying play opportunities.
Shawnee Trail Sports Complex and Warren Sports Complex both offer public courts open from 6 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis. Players must bring their own nets. Those looking to reserve a court in advance can do so through the Frisco Community Tennis app for a small fee.
The Frisco Athletic Center (FAC) offers three indoor courts exclusively for members and pass holders. Open play hours vary, with additional availability during summer and Frisco ISD non-instructional days. The FAC also provides classes and private lessons for players at all skill levels.
The Grove at Frisco Commons, an active adult center, has two outdoor courts primarily reserved for members from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Saturday. After 2 p.m. and on Sundays, the courts are open to the public. The Grove also hosts pickleball classes, ensuring one court remains available for open play during sessions.
