The Stix Icehouse in McKinney is trading in its casual vibe for holiday cheer as it transforms into the vintage-inspired Tinseltown Tavern starting on November 21.
Tinseltown Tavern will be the ultimate holiday pop-up experience. Guests will be transported to a winter wonderland with twinkling lights, tinsel galore and holiday spirit. From November 21 through New Year's Day, The Stix Icehouse will offer a sleigh-load of festivities, including holiday-inspired cocktails, an "Elf" themed kids’ menu, cookie-decorating classes, movie nights, and more.
"McKinney has always been a magical destination during the holidays," said Mike and Rae Luther, owners of The Stix Icehouse. "The festive atmosphere of 'Home for the Holidays' and the charm of the entire Square transport us to a simpler time. We're thrilled to contribute to the warmth and joy of the season with a family-friendly pop-up destined to bring smiles to all."
The Annual Stixmas celebration will take place from December 15 to 22 and include a Christmas market, sleigh rides, snowball fights and ugly sweater contests.
The pop-up tavern will spread holiday cheer from November 21 through New Year’s Day. The holiday celebrations will wrap up with a New Year’s Day brunch party.
"Naughty or nice, two legs or four, we can’t wait to share holiday cheer with you this year," said Mike and Rae Luther. "We have always been Christmas crazy, and we are so excited to share that with the community through this pop up!”
