The French Room

Why You Should Go

This is truly one of the most beautiful restaurants in Dallas — maybe all of Texas. Immerse yourself in an exquisite French fine dining experience within the opulent surroundings of the historic and luxurious Hotel Adolphus. This elegant destination features beautifully crafted Rococo-inspired décor, offering a sophisticated ambiance that perfectly complements the refined cuisine. Indulge in a culinary journey where timeless elegance and exceptional flavors converge to create an unforgettable evening.

What To Expect

For the first time in years, The French Room invites guests to an exclusive evening dinner service from February 13–15. Chef Frederic Sulis presents a five-course menu at $165 per person, with optional wine pairings. Highlights include East Coast diver scallops with leek fondue and smoked trout roe, and wagyu filet mignon with Périgord truffle sauce. Surrounded by marble floors, Murano glass chandeliers, and gilded Louis XVI chairs, the setting is as romantic as the meal. For an extra indulgence, enjoy the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 Special Edition Tribute to Jean-Michel Basquiat.

After spending three and a half years at The French Laundry in Napa, one of the country’s most acclaimed restaurants, Georgie’s executive chef, RJ Yoakum took the reigns at Georgie in January 2023. While at The French Laundry, he helped maintain the restaurant’s prestigious three Michelin stars under renowned chef Thomas Keller. Now, with Chef Yoakum at the helm, Georgie is a Michelin-recommended restaurant, celebrated for its stunning dishes, exceptional service and romantic ambiance. What To Expect

Celebrate Valentine's Day with a dinner for $175 per person featuring a choice of starters like tuna tartare or French onion consommé (add black truffle for +$25). For the second course, choose from Regalis caviar, butter poached oysters, smoked and roasted beet, toro sashimi or sacchetti with short rib. Main course options include 8oz grass-fed filet, turbot or fry aged duck. Finish with dessert: white chocolate soufflé or blood orange panna cotta.

Two words: teddy bear. Yes, you read that right — The Charlotte features a giant teddy bear that greets you at the door. And, if you want, you can have a giant Teddy sit at your table. Celebrate love this Valentine's Day at The Charlotte with an unforgettable three-course dinner (wine pairing optional). Start with appetizers like tuna sashimi, ribeye skewers or burrata with arugula and tomato. For the main course, enjoy short rib with cornbread, salmon with Tuscan cream sauce, or roasted chicken with potato au gratin. Finish with a decadent red velvet cake with cheesecake mousse. The Charlotte also offers premium extras like oysters, caviar, crab and lobster. Be sure to try the pink martini menu with cocktails like the strawberry chocolate martini and red velvet espresso martini. Be sure to try the February cocktail of the month: Love potion. Light, crisp and refreshing with floral citrus, the love potion is crafted with Matsui Umeshu fruit liqueur, butterfly pea flower-infused Mijenta Blanco tequila, lemon juice, yuzu juice and simple syrup; an ideal pairing for your Valentine’s meal. Carbone, named after the legendary chef Mario Carbone, is one of the most famous spots in the country — thanks in part to its celebrity clientele and dishes that practically have their own Instagram accounts. (Fun fact: Carbone has even been name-checked in a Drake song.) This red-sauce haven channels the soul of mid-20th-century Italian-American joints in New York, where mouthwatering, expertly crafted dishes were served with a side of style and a whole lot of charm. You’ll feel like a star just walking in — no Drake lyrics required.

What To Expect

For the table, start with antipasti including crab cocktail, caesar alla romana, or house-chopped salad. For a shared pasta experience, enjoy spicy rigatoni vodka or Mario's meatballs. You can also upgrade to lobster ravioli for $49 per person. For the main course, choose from whole branzino or Dover sole or opt for veal Parmesan or lamb chops. To accompany your meal, choose from artichokes or potatoes soufflé as contorni for the table. The Valentine’s menu is set for $165 per person.

Make this Valentine's Day unforgettable with a romantic 3-course prix fixe menu at SĒR. Indulge in dishes crafted by chef Aubrey Murphy, and enjoy expertly mixed cocktails to elevate the experience. Start with oysters & pearls featuring Murder Point oysters, Osetra caviar, and cucumber mignonette or sun choke agnolotti with house-made ricotta and Calabrian chili. For the entrée, choose confit ocean trout with smoked roe and fennel, or Texas olive-fed Wagyu tenderloin with potato pavé and black truffle sauce. Finish with a sweet dessert: rose & berry verrine with white chocolate panna cotta, or strawberry chocolate almond tart with champagne sorbet.
