Rachel’s Kitchen To Open This Week At The Star

Las Vegas-based Rachel’s Kitchen is expanding into Texas with a new franchise location at 3620 The Star Blvd. #1200, Frisco. Located at The Star, the new spot will celebrate its grand opening on Sept. 21, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“We’re thrilled to be opening our first location in Texas,” CEO and Founder Debbie Roxarzade said in an official statement. “Our grand opening event will be jam-packed with fun raffle items and, of course, great food. We are overjoyed to be bringing the community a fresh and exciting dining experience where friends, families and workers can come together, in addition to creating 20 new job opportunities.”

Founded by Roxarzade in 2006, Rachel’s Kitchen expanded from a charming single café to a network of nine locations. Known for its dedicated following, the restaurant remains popular for its classic menu, offering a range of options from healthy to indulgent.

At Rachel’s Kitchen, the staff is not only skilled in delivering excellent food but also trained to offer a personalized and engaging customer experience. The menu features fresh, made-to-order items such as sandwiches, juices, salads and breakfast dishes.

The Frisco location will be Rachel’s Kitchen’s first restaurant outside of Nevada, following the opening of eight eateries throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Looking ahead, the brand aims to expand further in Texas, with plans to explore franchising opportunities in major markets like Dallas and Fort Worth.

“Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience, and we invite multi-unit operators to join us in sharing this commitment in Texas,” Roxarzade previously said. “With over 14 years of franchising experience, we are able to offer franchisees guidance on everything from restaurant setup to industry best practices. Our previous franchises prove we know how to cover all aspects of operation and help bring in loyal customers that not just enjoy the food but also fall in love with the brand.”
