JOA Dallas Launches New Summer Cocktails

JOA, the acclaimed Korean BBQ restaurant featuring two Michelin-acknowledged chefs, just launched an exciting new addition to its drink menu.

Created by JOA bartenders Lucien Ramirez and Steven Johnson, these new concoctions stem from the restaurant's initial experiment with seasonal cocktails.

"We initially introduced seasonal cocktails to gauge our guests' reactions, and they were a hit,” Ramirez and Johnson said in an official statement. “Inspired by guests’ love for the cocktails, we've included these in our new menu, featuring unique pairings of liquors and flavors you wouldn't normally expect."

The new lineup features seven distinct cocktails, each tailored to cater to diverse palates — from the refreshing zen of the Matcha-Rita to the bold sophistication of the Dallas Gentleman.
