III Forks, one of Texas’ iconic steakhouses, announced a new partnership with Snake River Farms to feature American wagyu steaks at all its locations. This collaboration ensures that III Forks diners can continue to select the highest grade of American beef possible.

Beginning September 2024, diners at III Forks will be able to enjoy Snake River Farms Gold steaks, which are acclaimed for their exceptional marbling.

III Forks will offer two standout cuts from Snake River Farms:

  • Snake River Farms Gold NY Strip, 16 oz – $136
  • Snake River Farms Gold Bone-in Ribeye, 24 oz – $179

Both cuts are wet-aged for a minimum of 28 days and sourced from cows that consume a diet of Northwest ingredients, including Idaho potatoes and alfalfa hay. This meticulous feeding process ensures that the beef is of the highest quality, with marbling that surpasses traditional U.S. beef.

Unlike USDA Prime Beef, which scores between 4 and 5 on the Beef Marbling Scale (BMS), Snake River Farms Gold steaks boast a BMS score of 9 or higher. This premium grade of beef is produced using traditional Japanese feeding and breeding methods, enhancing the quality and flavor of the steaks.

“III Forks is committed to offering the highest-quality beef at a great value to our guests,” President of III Forks Curtis Osmond said in an official statement. “Our relationship with Snake River Farms allows us to offer a more marbled cut of American Wagyu to our guests without any significant price increase.”

The American Wagyu steaks will be available at all III Forks locations, including those in Frisco, Austin, Jacksonville and the forthcoming Addison venue.
