Chef Omar Flores, in collaboration with Big Dill Hospitality and the Marshi Family, launches Even Coast, a new dining destination today at 5463 Beltline Road in Addison, Texas.
Open for lunch and dinner, this 5,000-square-foot restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring seafood, pastas and steaks, all within an elegant yet approachable setting.
Chef Flores, a twice-nominated James Beard Award finalist for Best Chef Southwest, aims to deliver a memorable dining experience with dishes that showcase the natural flavors of the freshest ingredients.
The menu includes freshly made pasta like bucatini with lump crab and parmesan cream and seafood options such as New Bedford scallops with roasted cauliflower and meunière sauce. Steaks from the renowned Allen Brothers are also featured, with cuts like prime beef filet and côte de boeuf, complemented by sides such as charcoal-grilled asparagus with romesco.
The restaurant features a warm and comfortable atmosphere, highlighted by a 1,500-square-foot patio and a central bar perfect for dining or people-watching. The design enhances the dining experience, featuring globally inspired materials, a lively open kitchen and custom lighting that adds to the inviting ambiance.
With a strong culinary background and formal training from the Culinary Institute of America, chef Flores has made his mark in Dallas with successful ventures like Whistle Britches and Muchacho.
“Our team and I are thrilled to finally bring Even Coast to light and look forward to entertaining Addison and surrounding DFW guests,” said chef Flores in an official statement. “We’ve worked meticulously to create a menu and environment we think encompasses a beautiful neighborhood restaurant with a well-appointed menu and atmosphere.”
