Dry January offers a fresh start to the year, giving people an opportunity to take a break from alcohol. Forgoing alcohol doesn’t mean forgoing flavor.
Dry January began in the UK in 2013 as a public health initiative launched by the non-profit organization Alcohol Change UK. Since then, it has evolved into a global movement, with over 8.8 million participants joining in 2023 alone.
