This year, several council seats and board of trustee positions are on the ballot in Celina and Prosper. But the biggest thing on the ballot is Celina’s large 10 ballot propositions proposing amendments to the city charter. How To Vote In Collin County

While it’s too late to register, Collin County residents can make sure they are registered here. If you’re registered, there’s only one more step. Vote! Early voting will begin on April 22 and end on April 29. Election day is set for May 3, when residents can cast their ballots for the last time this year.
