The highest honor for Hilton hotels and resorts is the Connie Award and the 2015 award went to the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park in Plano near Highway 121.
The annual recognition celebrates the demonstration of the highest level of quality and service throughout the entire Hilton brand, and now this Plano location is the number one Hilton hotel in North and South America, which is a huge accomplishment since it’s only been open since August 2014. The award was presented this April at an onsite rally attended by Plano Mayor Harry LaRosiliere, Mayor Pro Tem Lissa Smith, Visit Plano Executive Director, Mark Thompson and Hilton Worldwide and Granite Properties executives.

Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park clearly meets that goal by providing exceptional quality and service,” said Plano Mayor, Harry LaRosiliere. “We are proud to have such an outstanding hotel in our City of Excellence.”
The winning hotels of the Connie Award, of the 13 world-class brands, are elected for demonstrating the perfect balance of product and outstanding service scores. Only a few Connie Awards are presented annually for each brand making the honor to the Hilton Dallas/Plano Granite Park that much greater. These hotels embody Conrad Hilton’s dream of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality and living his shared values each and every day.

In addition to the Connie Award, the housekeeping staff also won top honors for highest guest satisfaction for the brand. So not only are they the best hotel in the Americas…they are also the cleanest.
