New restarant location + a free meal + tea with the Plano Mayor and a president. Who’s in?

McAlister’s Deli, a leading fast casual chain, opens their doors to a second location in Plano with an official grand opening this Friday, July 8.

The Saxton Group owns this new McAlister’s Deli, has been franchisee for 16 years and operates 64 locations in the South and Midwest. Plano is the sixth location The Saxton Group has opened so far this year.

“We are excited to introduce McAlister’s handcrafted sandwiches, family-friendly atmosphere, and genuine hospitality to North Plano,” said Adam Saxton, Chief Business Officer, in a statement. “We look forward to opening our doors and building long-lasting relationships with the community.”

Head to 8245 Preston Rd., Suite 500 for a complimentary meal that’s waiting to be devoured Thursday, July 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Prepare your taste buds and check out the Plano-specific menu of McAlister’s American Regional Favorites and Famous Tea.

Friday, July 8 at 10:30 a.m., Plano McAlister’s gives the first 50 customers in line an awesome and free $50 gift card. Only one gift card per person—sharing is caring, y’all.

Then at 1 p.m., later that day, go for McAlister’s tea served up by Mayor LaRosiliere and the company’s brand new president Rick Altizer. Plano will be Altizer’s first public appearance since entering his new role, so let’s give him a big #PlanoProud welcome.

And July 21, enjoy FREE TEA DAY with a 32 oz. choice of black, green, sweet or unsweet McAlister’s Famous Tea.
