Make your weekends count by participating in community events for a good cause, like the Children’s Health 2016 Red Balloon Run & Ride. This family friendly fun run, walk and cycling event, presented by Capital One and Denbury, will take place Saturday, April 23 and will include:

  • 1k fun run/walk 5k run/walk 5k ride
  • 23 mile ride – must be at least 12 years old
  • 36 mile ride – must be at least 12 years old
  • 57 mile ride – must be at least 12 years old
  • 72 mile ride – must be at least 12 years old

The start and finish of each event will take place on the northwest side of Children’s Medical Center Plano (7601 Preston Road).

Earbuds are not allowed on any course. For riders, helmets must be worn at all times.

– 23, 36, 57 & 72 MIle Bike Rally begins
8:00 a.m.
– Bike Rally Start closes and infield activities begin
8:45 a.m.
– 5k Bike Ride begins
9:30 a.m.
– 1k Kids Fun Run
10:15 a.m.
– Top Fundraisers Awards
10:30 a.m.
– 5k Run/Walk begins

REGISTRATION:
Online registration will be open through the event date, however, a $5 dollar event day registration fee will be applied to the regular fees.
