Whiskey fans of Plano, you are cordially invited to a special pairing at Hickory by Chef Kent Rathbun.

On April 21, those who enjoy fine food and good whiskey will want to converge at Hickory, because that’s where Chef Kent Rathbun is teaming up with Beam Suntory for an exciting dinner. Attendees will enjoy a Kentucky Smash to kickoff the evening, followed by four courses of Hickory’s signature cuisine and an accompanying glass of bourbon or rye to complement each dish. It doesn’t get much better than that!

In addition to the delicious food and drink pairings, diners will also have the chance to sample Kent Rathbun’s hand-selected Knob Creek Single Barrel Bourbon—a 120-proof spirit that was chosen by Rathbun after sampling bourbon from several barrels at Knob Creek’s Kentucky rickhouse. He chose this particular barrel for its exceptionally refined flavor and character. So, reserve your spot to ensure you’re there when it all goes down.
