A recipe for Spiced Blue Cheese Dip? Sounds weird, right? Well, that it may be, but it’s also yummy!


  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ⅔ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar


  1. Whisk together all of the ingredients.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
  3. Serve with fresh or roasted vegetables, but it is also good with ruffled or kettle-style potato chips
