- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ⅔ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- Whisk together all of the ingredients.
- Pour into a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
- Serve with fresh or roasted vegetables, but it is also good with ruffled or kettle-style potato chips
