On February 18, Jasper’s Plano cordially invites you to a dinner event that’s not to be missed. Chef Kent Rathbun and his culinary team have prepared a special four-course menu just for the occasion, and one of the west coast’s most exciting winemakers, Nick Goldschmidt, is providing the wines. As diners enjoy their meal and sample a variety of reds and whites in what’s sure to be a memorable evening, Nick will be available to chat with diners and walk through the lineup.
