One of Plano’s best patio spots is now (since September) open for lunch!

Whether you’re craving to get out of your cubicle midday or are in need of a pick-me-up at lunchtime, the option of Hickory is now available from 11 a.m.–4 p.m. The lunch menu is essentially the same amazing menu offered in the evening, with one key new addition: The Chopped Brisket Salad. The salad includes avocado, shaved red onion and jalapeno ranch dressing.

So, take a bite into a burger or some BBQ at this fabulous restaurant by “Iron Chef America” winner Kent Rathbun any time you want—except Sunday’s because they’re closed.

Hickory, BBQ and Burgers by “Iron Chef America” Winner Kent Rathbun, features Texas-style barbecue, including smoked pepper crusted USDA prime brisket, St Louis style pork spare ribs, and thinly shaved roti pork shoulder. Burgers include basic cheeseburger to more creatively topped fare like the Farmhouse Burger with pepper-crusted apple wood smoked bacon and fresh farm egg—as well as Diners can look forward to a plethora of comforting sides, as Kent Rathbun and his culinary team have put just as much focus into the side dishes as the main attractions.

And because all of those things are even better when paired with a beer, a glass of wine, or an expertly-mixed cocktail, Hickory also features an impressive drink menu. Specialty cocktails include the Killin’ Thyme, as well as favorites like the Moscow Mule and classic martini. Enjoy happy hour daily from 4–7 p.m. and during Monday night football games!
