Calling all animal lovers and owners!
January 15, head to the Plano Animal Shelter for low-cost sterilization and vaccinations at their clinic. Appointments are required for sterilization services and can be made by calling the Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP), and vaccainations are provided from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m without an appointment.
