New chief nursing officer joins Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery

Kristie Clinard, RN, is the new chief nursing officer at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics & Surgery (THCDS). Clinard will oversee nursing practice, quality, and patient care services throughout the hospital.

Hospital president Larry Robertson said, “We are excited to have Kristie join our team. She comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and vast experience in surgical nursing and education. We know she will cultivate strong relationships with the medical staff, employees and the community to enhance our quality of care and service.”

Clinard will strive to maintain the high standard set by THCDS, which has been awarded with the Gold Seal of Approval by the Joint Commission Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. The hospital has also been recognized as “One of the Best Places to Work in Healthcare” by Modern Healthcare magazine for five straight years.
