My Possibilities is opening the door to yet more possibilities with Kyle’s Cabin. This four-bedroom, three-bathroom house with a swimming pool is their first residential training home for the HIPsters (Hugely Important People), and respite home for their families.

Adults with disabilities such as autism, down syndrome, aspergers, Prader Willi, and head injuries, become a part of My Possibilities in Plano to continue learning, socializing, working, and volunteering.

Respite home weekends will provide HIPsters with the opportunity to socialize with his or her peers, engage in the community, and learn how to live independently, while providing their families a much needed break.

My Possibilities and Kyle’s Cabin is hosting a “Fill the Cabin” Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, June 6, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. The location is at Kyle’s Cabin, located at 7920 Aaron Circle, Plano.

Be sure to check their registry for items they need to Fill the Cabin. Among some of the new items they request are beds, mattresses, blenders, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, television and more. They are registered at Best Buy, IKEA, and Bed Bath & Beyond.

Bring your gifts to the open house, or have them mailed to My Possibilities at 1631 Dorchester Dr., Plano TX, 75075.
