On Monday, July 1, the town of Prosper will host the 12th Annual Pride in the Sky event at Frontier Park, beginning at 5 p.m. This year’s celebration, organized by Cedarbrook Media in partnership with the town of Prosper, promises an evening filled with live music, family-friendly activities and a patriotic fireworks display set to music.
Frontier Park, located at 1551 W. Frontier Parkway, will transform into a hub of festivity, utilizing the entire facility, including ball fields, pavilions and parking lots. Attendees can look forward to kid zones featuring inflatables, rides and games, ensuring entertainment for children of all ages. The main stage will host live musical performances, enhancing the evening's celebratory atmosphere.
One of the largest events in the North Dallas area, last year’s Pride in the Sky reported over 20,000 attendees. The event is renowned for its impressive display of patriotism, making it a highlight of the summer season.
The evening will kick off with various activities and the posting of the flags, a significant moment honoring the country’s heritage. Food trucks throughout the park will offer various dining options to satisfy all tastes. The much-anticipated fireworks show will commence at dusk, providing a spectacular conclusion to the festivities.
Event organizers encourage early arrival to secure parking and enjoy the various activities.
