Following the Texas Rangers' triumphant victory, officials announced that a parade presented by Coca-Cola and a public celebration are scheduled for Friday in Arlington's entertainment district.
The parade commences at 1 p.m. on Cowboys Way, adjacent to Lot A, proceeds up AT&T Way, turns east onto Road to Six Flags, and culminates at Globe Life Field, situated on Stadium Drive.
Major League Baseball shared a parade route map for the Arlington celebration on the Rangers' website, which can be found here.
The Rangers Executive Vice President of Public Affairs John Blake said the parade would start at 12:15 p.m. — so it’s probably a good idea to get there early to find parking and a place to stand.
After the parade, the team will host a public ceremony at the North Plaza, located outside Globe Life Field near Texas Live! The ceremony will include remarks from manager Bruce Bochy, players and executives.
Guests parking has not yet been announced, but the Rangers have a map for normal games and events, which can be found here. All lots have handicapped parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additional information such as streaming options will be available later. This story will be updated pending the announcement.
Both the ceremony and the parade are open to all fans at no cost.
