On Jan. 11, 2025, the dudes unveiled the new space in a clip titled “We Built The World's Greatest Office.” As Local Profile previously reported, the new headquarters will function as a hub for content creation, host community events featuring high school and professional athletes and include a retail store along with dedicated areas for podcasts and gaming.

Previously, the dudes, who have over 60 million subscribers on YouTube, were located at 6644 All Stars Ave in Frisco while they waited for the new headquarters, DPHQ3.

Brand New Amenities For Brand New Videos

With the help of celebrities like CeeDee Lamb, Tom Brady, Bryson DeChambeau, Noah Lyles, Nate Bargatze, Cody Rhodes and more, the dudes showed off the new space with several standout features, including a massive wall fitted with moving basketball hoops for innovative and extreme trick shots.

It also houses a mini-golf course, aptly named "The Dude Perfect Putting Course," a 45-yard football field with a regulation-size NFL goalpost and a pickleball court. Additional amenities include a golf simulator, gym, expansive production area, ample office space and even a hidden candy room.

“Our biggest dream yet is to bring families together in a fun-filled, memory-making destination unlike any other,” the Dudes previously said. “A place not just to come and see, but a place to come and do.”

Even More Space For The Dudes

In October 2024, the company expanded further by acquiring an additional 60,000 square feet within the same facility. According to CEO Andrew Yaffe, the 20,000 square feet of the new space would be dedicated to a state-of-the-art video production facility. The remaining space will support business operations, with the company currently employing 25 staff members. Yaffe expects the team size to double by the end of 2025.

While fans can’t head over to the new HQ quite yet, Dude Perfect co-founder Cory Cotton said in the video, that while the production facility is currently an empty space, plans are underway to transform it into a store offering exclusive merchandise for visiting fans and more.

“We’re cooking up and incredible store for you guys, with stuff you can only get here at DPHQ,” Cotton said in the video.

Cotton also noted that the facility could allow visitors to try their hand at some of the classic shots the Dudes are best known for.
