First Course:

Second Course:
Indulge in grilled cooper peach accompanied by toasted quinoa, watercress, DMC goat cheese, Texas pecans and a balsamic vinaigrette. Enhance the flavors with a pairing of Gerard Bertrand, Cote des Roses, Languedoc 2023.
Entree:
Savor the mesquite smoked pork belly served with sesame black rice, charred heirloom carrots and a grapefruit-ginger glaze. This rich entrée is best enjoyed with Marques de Riscal, Rioja, Spain.
Dessert:
End your meal on a sweet note with a summer yuzu tart topped with raspberry coulis, candied ginger and almond brittle. Pair this delicious dessert with Gruet Sweet Jolie, Demi-Sec.
