Quarter Acre restaurant, led by chef Toby Archibald, is set to launch the drifter dinner Series, an exclusive culinary event running from August through November 2024. This new series will showcase a rotating roster of acclaimed chefs from across the country, each pairing with Archibald to create a unique eight-course tasting menu.

Each dinner will highlight regional culinary styles, complemented by carefully curated cocktails and wines. The series aims to offer food enthusiasts an extraordinary dining experience by merging the distinct talents and perspectives of top chefs.

“Few things excite and energize me more than cooking alongside chefs who I admire,” said chef Archibald. When we combine our skills and perspectives, the results can be extraordinary. We hope to make this an annual event with the roster each year being more exciting than the last.”

- Chef Matt McCallister from Dallas, on Friday, Sept. 13
