La Parisienne, the cozy French bistro at The Star in Frisco transformed into a Winter Wonderland. The space invites guests to a snowy Parisian experience with specialty winter cocktails and will be open now through February 28.
Local artist, Mark Majedi curated the winter wonderland decor in the space inspired by owner Mondi Tag’s travels to Paris in the winter two years ago.
“Most of the hotels in Paris had their lobbies decorated creating a magical winter wonderland and I just fell in love with the atmosphere," Tag said. "Transforming La Parisienne into this elegant winter wonderland is a vision I’ve had for the bistro for a long time. I want our guests to feel as if they are drinking and dining in the City of Lights during the holiday season and winter months.”
The space features snowy pine trees, birch wood, flocked garlands, and snow-covered wreaths along with winter napkins, candles, glassware and more.
Specialty drinks are available to celebrate the season, including the Bubbletini, Snowstorm Margarita, Pomegranate Aperol Spritz, Cranberry Moscow Mule, Peppermint Old Fashioned Eggnog, Christmas Cookie Martini and Pumpkin Spiced White Russian.
La Parisienne will also features a Winter Wonderland Holiday Tea daily from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. Guests can enjoy sipping on gourmet tea, sandwiches and holiday-themed pastries. Reservations are required 48 hours in advance. Winter Wonderland Holiday Tea will cost $55+ per person. To make reservations click here.
