The Knife Plano Outpost 76 dinner is set for Oct. 17, 2024, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., priced at $275 per person. Get tickets here.
The evening's menu kicks off with a classic beef tartare, showcasing the delicate texture and flavor of the premium beef. Next, guests will be treated to a bold, South American-inspired peruvian anticucho. The culinary journey continues with the “0 to 60” dry-aged beef sampler, featuring a selection of dry-aged cuts paired with a vibrant pickle salad, followed by the luxurious full blood wagyu filet sampler, celebrated for its exquisite marbling and tenderness. A rich 72-hour short rib served with creamy polenta completes the savory offerings, leading into a daring dessert: bone marrow crème brûlée, which blends savory and sweet for a grand finale.
