Blue Goose Cantina Serving Up Margarita Flights This Fall

With fall weather arriving in North Texas, and cozy patio season upon us, Mexican food restaurant Blue Goose Cantina has announced that it is introducing margarita flights to its extensive drink menu.

Similar to beer flights, Blue Goose Cantina’s unique take on the summertime classic serves up three different margarita concoctions at a time for guests to sample and wet their whistles with. The restaurant is offering two different flight options, a frozen version and an iced version, both of which cost $20 to order.

Included in the frigid flight trio is The Frozen, an original-style Blue Goose frozen margarita; the Aye Papi Mango, which is blended with fresh mango; and The Diablo, a devilish combination of margarita and red sangria that the restaurant says is “the strongest frozen margarita in North Texas.”

Patrons that prefer to enjoy their tequila-based drinks on the rocks can opt for the iced margarita flight, which comes with The Rock, a Blue Goose classic rock margarita; the Mango Margarita, which utilizes fresh ingredients such as mango puree, agave nectar and Jalisco oranges; along with the award-winning Hibiscus Margarita, which is made with Lunazul Blanco tequila, lime juice and hibiscus cordial.

The restaurant says that the flights act as a perfect drink pairing with a number of its dishes, including its famous fajitas, enchiladas and top-shelf queso, among others.

Blue Goose Cantina will be offering the new flight items at its seven North Texas locations in Frisco, Plano, Highland Village, McKinney, Grapevine, Fort Worth and Grand Prairie.
