Comerica Bank recently unveiled its latest endeavor to support small businesses with the launch of its newest Comerica CoWorkSpaces location in Frisco, Texas.
Located at 17 Cowboys Way at The Star in Frisco, the 4,023-square-foot facility offers free space to Comerica small business customers for coworking, community events and networking opportunities.
Features of the small business hub include three coworking offices, open work areas and conference and training rooms; an interactive teller machine; an onsite business consultant; complimentary high-speed internet; and more.
The Frisco space is the latest development in the CoWorkSpaces program, which Comerica Bank established early last year at nine North Texas banking centers.
Comerica Bank launched the initiative after conducting research, finding that many of its small business customers had struggled to find professional spaces to conduct meetings or remote work, according to a release.
Since its launch, over 100 unique Comerica small business customers have utilized the CoWorkSpaces program, with more than 370 reservations made across all locations.
Comerica Bank says that the new location at The Star in Frisco will focus on serving Collin and Denton Counties' entrepreneurs and small businesses, as well as local nonprofit organizations.
"The Comerica CoWorkSpaces program has made a tremendous impact for our small business customers in the Collin and Denton County footprints," said Jim Weber, Comerica Bank chief experience officer.
"In fact, Plano is home to our most successful CoWorkSpaces site to date. This market is booming with growth and talent, so we look forward to expanding our support for local small businesses by delivering the latest and greatest Comerica CoWorkSpaces location."
The space is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed from 12:30 p.m. to 2 p.m.).
Reservations are required to use the facility. For more information, visit comerica.com/spaces.
