It’s that time again — grab your boots, shine up your belt buckle and brace yourself for an influx of rhinestones, twang and star-studded selfies. Country music’s biggest night is back, and once again, the stars (and their very enthusiastic fans) are stampeding into Frisco for the 60th annual Academy of Country Music Awards.
For the third year running, Frisco is rolling out the red carpet as it hosts the ACMs yet again. Nashville might still have the honky-tonks, but Frisco’s got the glitz, the glamour and probably a mechanical bull or two. From touchdown passes to toe-tappin’ two-steps, this city is proving it can do more than just football — it can do fiddles and fringe like a pro. Who knew Frisco had this much yeehaw in it?
