Dallas Cowboys’ latest business venture comes in the form of Formation, a new workspace where members will enjoy state-of-the-art professional resources and the advantage of leveraging the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters in The Star.
Members of Formation will have access to fully furnished work and communal spaces and business amenities, as well as fitness, entertainment and distinctive business innovations.

The Field Formation membership allows members access to an open and shared workspace in an elevated environment that maximizes collaboration and connectivity through consistent interactions with other members. The Fixed Formation membership offers a select number of dedicated desks that allow members to enjoy the benefits of an open workspace and the consistency of a reserved location alongside ample amenities. The Full Formation membership grants members a limited selection of private offices that accommodate groups of one to five people and is inclusive of their most robust amenity package, as well as The Star’s coveted mailing address and 24/7 access to Formation.
All Formation members will get perks like daily coffee service, access to presales for select AT&T Stadium and Ford Center events, a professional headshot, and more.
