Dillas Quesadillas to open a second location in Frisco in 2017

Dillas Quesadillas, a popular fast-casual restaurant specializing in gourmet quesadillas, has leased 2,500 square-feet of retail space in the Preston Stonebriar Shopping Center in Frisco. They’re already open in Plano and have been hugely popular.

“When we started looking for a second location, Frisco was our first choice. We learned so much at our Plano location that lends itself perfectly to Frisco families and the Frisco community,” said Kyle Gordon, founder and owner of Dillas Quesadillas. “We are very excited about joining the Frisco community and look forward to getting involved with area businesses, schools and charities.”

The Frisco location is set to open in the first quarter of 2017 and will include more seating, an outdoor patio, and a menu featuring quality, handmade, fresh PRIMO quesadillas with made-from-scratch sauces and sides. The menu is an American take on the Mexican favorite. Twists on the quesadilla include Texas-style smoked brisket, bacon cheeseburger with fries, and a veggie Dilla with zucchini and portobello mushrooms.
