Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and YMCA Plano are hosting the 3rd Annual Farm-O-Ree on Sunday September 11 on the historic grounds of Heritage Farmstead Museum in Plano.

“Bring your whole family…join us for an adventure-filled afternoon at Plano’s historic Heritage Farmstead Museum!” said Heritage Farmstead Museum Executive Director M’Lou Hyttinen.

The event will take place on Sunday, September 11 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and will feature inflatables, popcorn, leather working, Dutch oven cobber, a monkey bridge, hayrides, live animal experiences, games and much more.

The Heritage Farmstead Museum is located at 1900 West 15th Street in Plano.

The Heritage Farmstead Museum, a four-acre historic site consisting of a
restored, 14-room 1891 Victorian farmhouse with its original
outbuildings, interprets rural life on the North Texas prairie between
1890 and 1925. The museum provides tours, field trips and programs for
35,000 visitors each year.
