Enjoy American-style cooking from appetizers to main plates and a full bar that includes local beers and select wines. Head there for a fast, casual lunch option for diners needing to return to work; for a special late night menu that begins at 10 p.m.; or, to watch your favorite sports teams on one of their six HD big screens. On lovely days, guests can opt to sit outside on one of their two patios. Firewater Kitchen & Bar is located at the corner of Garden Park Dr. and Village Green Dr.
“I live in Allen and was looking for a great location for my new restaurant. Watters Creek was my first choice,” said John Hidi, owner, Firewater Kitchen & Bar. “I’ve been in the restaurant industry for more than 30 years and am very excited to bring Firewater to my community.”
Get shrimp cocktail or nachos to start followed by tacos, burgers, salads or some main plate items such as Red Snapper or Country Beef Ribs, among many other options.
