Cheese, cheese it’s good for your…well, I’m not exactly sure. But I do know cheese is gouda!

The cheese puns will only get more brie-diculous.

Today, January 20, is National Cheese Lovers Day. I couldn’t be happier to announce on this momentous day that Collin County Farm Museum in McKinney is hosting three cheese making workshops! Don’t get behind the cheese ball—registration ends Monday, January 25 by 4:30 p.m.

Each Soft Cheese Workshop finishes with a different outcome due to the ingredients used. Day one is February 1: butter, buttermilk and yogurt. Day 2 is February 2: dessert cheese and feta. Day 3 is February 3, and concludes the workshops: mozzarella and ricotta.

Don’t make yourself say “cheddar luck next time!” Reserve a spot for you and a friend or loved one today.

To register or to inquire more information, contact Jennifer Rogers via email or by phone at 972.548.4792.
