If you love original art, you need to attend the ArtCentre of Plano’s annual party, For the Love of Art. Held at the sentimental favorite venue, the Haggard Party Barn, this casual event brings together good friends, delicious Southern-style food provided by Market Street, and wonderful art that can be purchased that night. Blue jeans and boots are appropriate!
The theme “Celebrating Art and Education” pays tribute to the way art informs and enriches our lives. PISD Superintendent of Schools Dr. Brian T. Binggeli and Collin College District President Dr. Neil Matkin will serve as honorary chairs. Art educators and community art supporters will also be honored.
The theme will be carried through the art, from realistic classrooms paintings to abstract representations.
